Businesses must be extra careful about ADA
It does not matter you did or not intent to damage ADA (the Americans with Disabilities Act) if you do, you can be sued accordiong to the California Supreme Court. We have an example about why businesses has to be very careful about disabled people’s rights. They should really read the ADA very carefully and do all the necessary changes in their work area and adopt them to suit Disable’s needs.
A disabled man, Kenneth Munson, sued Del Taco after complaining that its restaurant in Loma Linda, California, near San Bernardino, didn’t provide disabled parking or handicapped-accessible public toilets. Del Taco later spent $75,000 on renovations.
So you can either choose to recheck your business environment and reset things to things to make it good with Disables or pay lots of compensations to these people.
